Artist Profile
Born and raised in Liverpool, Gary Harper is a queer artist & Mental Health advocate. His artistic journey began early, with a passion for Art and Design nurtured throughout school and college, where he honed his skills and developed a distinctive voice that is both bold and introspective.
Over the years, Gary's work has been featured in several national exhibitions, gaining recognition for its vibrant celebration of identity, diversity, and self-expression. Gary has also been fortunate to have his art featured in various magazines, which has allowed him to reach a broader audience. In addition, Gary had the opportunity to share his experiences on a Spotify podcast, where he discussed his artistic process, inspirations, and the importance of representation in the art world.
Through Gary's work, he strives to challenge societal norms and create spaces for dialogue, reflection, and empowerment. He invites you to explore his collection and join him in this ongoing journey of discovery and creativity.
Gary is a member of the Visual Arts Association and is included in Private Collections around the world.
